LANXESS Sybron at the Chlorine Institute’s Annual Meeting and Expo
LANXESS Sybron Chemicals, Inc. promoted its high performance Lewatit® ion exchange resins at the 86th Annual Chlorine Institute Meeting & Tabletop Expo in New Orleans, Louisiana, from March 21 – 24, 2010
Nearly 300 Chlorine Institute members attended the exhibition, which targeted producers and vendors active in the chlorine and caustic markets. LANXESS Sybron showcased its Lewatit® MDS TP 208 and Lewatit® MDS TP 260 ion exchange resins for brine softening and other specialized applications.
“In general, visitors appeared to have an interest in improving brine quality and wanted to know whether our Lewatit® ion exchange resins could increase their operations performance,” said Jerry Venema, LANXESS Sybron Southeast Regional Manager. “The expo was a good opportunity to connect with existing customers as well as make new business contacts.”
